New comet C/2010 G2 (Hill) was confirmed using 0.36-m Maksutov-Newtonian at Mayhill (see IAUC 9134). Comet P/2010 H2 (Vales) was observed in outburst, having 1′.0 x 0′.8 coma of total magnitude 11.4.
